- Farm fresh eggs 5 pieces
- Sugar 5 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
- Citric Acid a pinch
- Starch film 1 tablespoon

Break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and citric acid.

Beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer until the volume increases by 3 times. Mix the flour with starch and gradually add the beaten eggs, gently folding to maintain airiness. Pre-grease the baking pan with oil. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top. Preheat the oven to 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake the batter for 30 minutes. Check the readiness of the layer with a toothpick; the batter should not stick to it. It is advisable to let the sponge cake cool completely in the pan.
