Step-by-Step Guide

Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer.
Step 3
Add the sour cream and mix with the mixer.
Step 4
Neutralize the baking soda with lemon juice, add to the batter, and mix.
Step 5
Gradually add the flour, mixing it into the batter with the mixer. The batter should be homogeneous, with a consistency similar to thick sour cream (it should flow slowly).
Step 6
Bake for 40-50 minutes.
