Spinach Pie Spanakopita
Baking and Desserts • Colombian
Description
Spanakopita is a traditional pie that is a staple at any Greek gathering. The main feature of spanakopita is the delicate phyllo pastry that wraps around a filling made of spinach, onions, and feta cheese. The recipe allows for some flexibility: frozen spinach can be used instead of fresh, and any brined cheese can replace feta. To make this Greek spinach pie, follow our video guide.
