Spinach and Tofu Pie

Ingredients
- All-purpose flour 10 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Spinach 15 oz
- Tofu 5 oz
- Soy cream 5 fl oz
- Nutmeg a pinch
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Add salt and a tablespoon of olive oil to the flour. Start kneading the dough, gradually adding water. Knead the dough well for 10-15 minutes, and when the dough becomes elastic enough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat the oil, add the spinach, and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add the tofu, cut into small pieces, to the spinach and sauté again over medium heat for a few minutes. Add salt and cream to the spinach, mix well, and remove the filling from the heat.
Step 3
Roll out the dough fairly thin and place it in a round baking dish. Place the filling on top of the dough, and fold the edges of the pie over the filling.
Step 4
Place the pie in an oven preheated to 355°F for 30 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
