Spinach and ricotta quiche
Ingredients
- Cream 0,3 glasses
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz
- Frozen spinach discs 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Scallions 6 stalks
- Salt ¼ spoons
- Cheshire Cheese ½ glasses
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ spoons
- Shortcrust Cake Mix 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 2
Place the dough in a round baking pan with shallow sides. Prick it several times with a fork and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the dough is dry and lightly golden. Allow to cool.
Step 3
Gently beat the ricotta in a small bowl. Then gradually add the cream and eggs. Stir in the thawed spinach, grated cheddar, Parmesan, and finely chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper, and mix everything well.
Step 4
Spread the filling over the prepared base and bake for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
