Spinach and Cream Cheese Pie
Ingredients
- Spinach 15 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Semolina 3 tablespoons
- Unleavened dough 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the pastry in advance.
Step 2
Place the spinach (I used frozen, but fresh can also be used) in a clean skillet and sauté over low heat with a lid until soft.
Step 3
When the spinach is soft, turn off the heat and mash the spinach with a fork. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
Step 4
Add salt, semolina, cream cheese, and the prepared spinach to the eggs. Mix everything well.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Lay out a sheet of rolled-out pastry with some overhang at the edges, then add the spinach and cheese mixture. Pinch the edges as shown in the photo. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
