Spinach and Bacon Quiche
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- Cream (40%) 1½ cups
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Young Spinach "Belaya Dacha" 2 cups
- Bacon 20 oz
- Shortcrust Cake Mix 10 oz
- Swiss Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
In a well-heated skillet, fry the bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel, then cut into small pieces.
Step 3
In a food processor, beat the eggs with the cream, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Place the rolled-out dough in a round tart pan (22–23 cm) with low edges, press it down, and trim the excess.
Step 5
Spread the finely chopped spinach over the dough, then add the bacon and grated cheese. Pour the egg mixture over it.
Step 6
Bake for 35–45 minutes until cooked through.
