Ingredients
- Pizza Flour 20 oz
- Semolina 3 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice 1 teaspoon
- Ham 0 oz
- Gruyère cheese 0 oz
- Parma Ham 10 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions on the package and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Grease a baking sheet with oil and sprinkle with semolina.
Step 3
Add chopped ham, herbs, and salt to taste, along with chili and 40 grams of cheese grated on a fine grater to the dough. Divide into 10 pieces.
Step 4
Roll each piece of dough into a sausage shape about 25.5 cm long. Place all on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Transfer the finished sticks to a rack to cool.
Step 5
Serve at the table either on their own or wrapped in thin strips of Parma ham.
