- Shrimp 20 oz
- Green Peas 1 tablespoon
- Boiled White Round Rice 0 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Margarine 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Milk 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the shrimp in cold water and boil them.
Step 2
Peel them from the shell.
Step 3
Strain the broth and add the green peas, mushrooms, chopped onion, carrot, and salt.
Step 4
Cook at a gentle boil.
Step 5
Prepare the egg-milk mixture: combine the egg with the milk, add margarine, and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Add the peeled boiled shrimp to the finished soup and season with the milk and egg mixture.
