Spicy Sausage Solyanka
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Cervelat Sausage 10 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Pickles 1 jar
- Baking Tomatoes 1 jar
- Olives stuffed with lemon 1 jar
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the tomatoes.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and carrot in a pan until golden, then add finely chopped sausage and the tomatoes.
Step 3
Start boiling the potatoes. When they are almost ready, add the contents of the pan.
Step 4
After about five minutes, add the chopped pickles along with a little bit of the brine and the olives (also with brine) to the pot.
Step 5
The finished solyanka can be garnished with a slice of lemon and herbs.
