Ingredients
- Pears 4 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Sugar 2 spoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Toasted Sesame 2 spoons
- Cayenne Pepper a pinch
- Ginger 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a ceramic dish with butter. Remove the cores from the pears, place a pinch of grated ginger inside each one, and trim the bottoms so that the pears can stand upright.
Step 2
Drizzle each pear with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar and cayenne pepper. Pour a little water (50–70 ml) into the bottom of the baking dish to prevent the pears from drying out, and place the dish in the oven for twenty minutes. Serve the pears sprinkled with sesame seeds.
