If you're not a fan of spiciness, you can reduce the amount of smoked paprika to 0.5–1 tablespoon. The spiciness of smoked paprika depends on its natural quality. Natural paprika is spicier.

  • Chickpea 15 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Ground Cumin 3 tablespoons
  • Toasted Cumin Seeds 1 tablespoon
  • Smoked salt 1½ tablespoons
  • Tahini 4½ g
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
