- Potato 15 oz

- Cream 5 fl oz
- Bay leaf to taste

Step 1
Slice the garlic, chop the onion. In a skillet, melt the butter, add the garlic, onion, and bay leaf. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Pour 1 liter of water into a pot, add the cooked garlic and onion, and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Cut the potato into small cubes, add to the boiling broth, and cook for 15 minutes. Add salt.
Step 4
Blend the soup until smooth, then mix with the cream.
