Description
You can make 4 baking molds yourself - take 4 pieces of A4 foil - fold them 4 times - place them at the bottom of a cup that narrows towards the bottom, so that the foil hugs the cup; pinch the edges to the handle of the cup.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Quail Egg 1 piece
- Chopped almonds 6 pieces
- Peanut Sprouts 1 tablespoon
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Flaxseeds 1 teaspoon
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Blue Cheese 0 oz
- Basil to taste
- Olive Oil ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the cheese, mix all the ingredients (except the oil) using a fork.
Step 2
Grease the aluminum molds (see note) with oil.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 320°F - baking mode from top and bottom.
Step 4
Distribute the mixture into the molds. Sprinkle with basil on top.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes.
