  • Sour Cream 1 can
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
  • Mild Chili Spice 2 tablespoons
  • Corn Flour for Polenta ¾ cup
  • Cheese Spread 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish with butter.

Step 2

Grate the cheese.

Step 3

Mix the corn flour with chili, baking powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Beat the eggs, add sour cream, milk, and whisk thoroughly.

Step 5

Combine the eggs with the corn mixture, 1 cup of cheese, and corn kernels. Mix well.

Step 6

Transfer the batter to the baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
