  • Wheat Flour 20 oz
  • Water 10 fl oz
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Dry yeast 1 tablespoon
  • Salt 2 teaspoons
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Onion 1 head
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Knead the dough: mix the flour with the yeast, add salt and sugar, then pour in 300 ml of warm water. Place the dough in a warm place and let it rise.

Step 2

When the dough has risen, add 50 ml of vegetable oil and knead again.

Step 3

For the filling, press the garlic, sauté the onion, add parsley, salt, add softened butter, and mix everything together.

Step 4

Roll out the dough into a sheet, spread the prepared mixture on the dough. Then grate the cheese and add a bit of mayonnaise.

Step 5

Cut into strips 6 cm wide, roll them up, and place them in a frying pan.

Step 6

Put in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 390°F.
