Description

A sweet and spicy soup with sour cream and cilantro — a very interesting taste! Great for cold weather.

Ingredients

  • Ground coriander 1 bunch
  • Yellow Beets 2 pieces
  • Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Spices 1 teaspoon
  • 20% Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Ocean salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the beets, onion, and garlic.

Step 2

Cut the beets into 4–5 cm cubes, quarter the onion, and crush the garlic with a knife.

Step 3

Mix everything together, add salt, spices, olive oil, place in a ceramic dish, cover with foil, and put in the oven for 25–30 minutes at 200–430°F.

Step 4

Remove the beets from the oven, pour the chicken broth into the dish with the beets, and blend everything until smooth.

Step 5

Pour into bowls, add sour cream or yogurt, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro on top.
