Ingredients

  • Butter 5 oz
  • Vanilla salt 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Powdered Sugar 0 oz
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Cinnamon a pinch
  • Nutmeg a pinch
  • Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, beat the butter, gradually adding the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add salt, spices, and the egg. Mix everything together. Combine the flour with the baking powder and sift it into the main mixture. Knead the dough.

Step 2

Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Place the dough in a piping bag with a nozzle and pipe it into pretzel shapes on the baking sheets. Bake for 12–15 minutes at 355°F. Let cool.

Step 3

Melt the chocolate. Coat the pretzels with it.
