- Chopped almonds ½ cup
- Brazil Nuts ½ cup
- Macadamia Nuts ½ cup
- Walnuts ½ cup
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Smoked salt 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala 0.2 teaspoons
- Turmeric 0.2 teaspoons
- Ground Dried Garlic ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the nuts in a bowl, drizzle with soy sauce, and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with spices and mix again.
Step 2
Spread on a lined baking sheet in a single layer and place in a preheated oven (355°F, broil mode) for 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
Let cool on the baking sheet and transfer to cups or bowls.
