  • Walnuts ½ cup
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Smoked salt 1 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala 0.2 teaspoons
  • Turmeric 0.2 teaspoons
  • Ground Dried Garlic ¼ teaspoon

Step 1

Place the nuts in a bowl, drizzle with soy sauce, and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with spices and mix again.

Step 2

Spread on a lined baking sheet in a single layer and place in a preheated oven (355°F, broil mode) for 10–15 minutes.
