Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Honey 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Gingerbread Spice Mix 2 teaspoons
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare all necessary ingredients.

In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, honey, spice mix, and a pinch of salt.

Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add baking soda.
Step 5
Stir well.

Transfer to another bowl, add 1 egg and the yolk of the other egg.

Mix well.
Step 8
Add flour.
Step 9
Start kneading the dough with a spoon.

Knead the dough with your hands.

Roll out to a thickness of 5–6 mm.

Cut out cookies in any shape.

Transfer to parchment paper.

Bake in an oven preheated to 355°F for 12 minutes.

For the glaze, add powdered sugar to the egg white.

Whisk together.

Transfer to a piping bag and cut off the tip.

Decorate the cookies with the glaze and let them dry for 1 hour.
