Ingredients

  • Butter 3 tablespoons
  • Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh Rose Hips 1 tablespoon
  • Coarse Salt 2 teaspoons
  • Toasted Cumin Seeds 1½ teaspoons
  • Ground Cinnamon ¼ teaspoon
  • Cayenne Pepper ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
  • Nuts 15 oz

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Step 2

In a skillet over low heat, combine all ingredients except the nuts. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves. Add the nuts and mix well.
