  • Apple juice with pulp to taste
  • Chopped almonds 20 oz

Soak the almonds in water overnight.

Step 3

Add the nuts and mix well.

Step 4

Spread the nuts in a thin layer to dry at 105°F for 24–36 hours until crispy.
