Ingredients
- Spelt 3 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Vanillin 0 oz
- Beans ½ piece
- Strawberry 4 pieces
- Honey 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Step 2
Beat the egg with the milk and olive oil.
Step 3
Pour the egg-milk mixture into the well of the flour mixture and mix well (add more milk if necessary to make the batter thinner).
Step 4
Fry the pancakes in a skillet until golden brown on each side.
Step 5
Serve warm with sliced banana and strawberries, add natural yogurt on top and drizzle with honey.
