  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Brown Sugar 10 oz
  • Vanilla salt 0 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Cinnamon 2 spoons
  • Nutmeg ½ spoons
  • Ground clove ½ spoons
  • White Pepper (whole) ¼ spoons
  • Grated Ginger Root ¼ spoons

Combine cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, white pepper, cardamom, and ginger.

Mix the spices with the flour and baking soda.

Beat the eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla sugar.
