Sparkling Champagne Jelly
Ingredients
- Sugar 2 cups
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Dry Champagne 12 cups
- Sweet Cream Butter to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, bring 6 cups of champagne and sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the remaining champagne and gelatin. Let it sit for a while to swell.
Step 3
Mix both mixtures together and refrigerate for 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
Step 4
Stir the jelly with a spoon and transfer it to a large serving bowl. Serve with whipped cream.
