  • Onion 5 heads
  • Chicken Broth 0 qt
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 2 spoons
  • Cream 1 glass
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the onion in some of the broth and blend it until smooth. Combine it with the broth and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Sauté the flour in butter with salt, sugar, and pepper, then add the broth and mix thoroughly. Add it to the soup and stir well.

Step 3

Separate the egg yolks from the whites, whisk them with the cream, and slowly pour into the soup while continuously stirring.

Step 4

Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
