- All-purpose flour 10 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- 30% Cream 10 fl oz

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 260°C (500°F).

In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and cream until a dough ball forms.
Step 3
Place the dough on a floured surface.
Step 4
Fold the dough in half and knead 5-7 times, adding enough flour to prevent sticking.
Step 5
Gently roll the dough into a disc about 1.2 cm thick.
Step 6
Using a floured cookie cutter with a diameter of 7 cm, cut out cookies from the disc.
Step 7
Place the cookies on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray, leaving at least 2.5 cm between them.
Step 8
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
