Ingredients

  • Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
  • Yogurt powder 0 qt
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Dry White Wine 3 tablespoons
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Scallions 1 bunch
  • Herbs 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • White Pepper (whole) to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the cucumbers and zucchini, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips. Marinate with salt for 1 hour.

Step 2

Drain the cucumbers and zucchini and pour in the buttermilk mixed with yogurt and sour cream.

Step 3

Add the wine and olive oil to the cold soup.

Step 4
