Ingredients
- Mushrooms 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Sauerkraut 10 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Tomato Paste 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cardamom to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the mushrooms, add the sauerkraut to the broth, add the sautéed mixture of onion, carrot, and tomato, add spices, salt, and cook until ready.
Step 2
Shortly before the cooking is finished, add crushed garlic, thicken the soup with a spoonful of flour sautéed in oil.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and serve with sour cream and pastries.
