- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Ground Nutmeg a pinch
- Watercress 1 bunch
- Scallions 0 oz
- Potato protein 1 tablespoon
- Milk 1 tablespoon
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Borodinsky Bread 4 pieces
- Ocean salt to taste
- Cream 4 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Mix the broth with sour cream and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add 50 grams of butter and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Step 3
Dissolve the starch in milk, add to the soup, and cook for 15 minutes.
