Ingredients

- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Raisins 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, prepare the raisins by rinsing them well (100 grams) and soaking them in a small amount of boiling water while you prepare the rest. The water should just cover the raisins, and the container should be covered with a lid.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar. Add the sour cream and a little salt, and mix well. Add the melted butter. Dissolve the baking soda in vinegar and add it to the mixture. Gradually add the flour to achieve a batter consistency similar to that of pancakes. Then fold in the raisins.
Step 3
Spoon the batter into cupcake molds. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes (until golden brown) at 355°F. The finished cakes can be dusted with powdered sugar.
