- Sour Cream 1 can
- Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla salt ½ spoons
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Butter to taste
- Maple syrup to taste

Heat the crepe pan over low heat.

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Top with sour cream and gently mix together.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs with vanilla, then incorporate them into the sour cream mixture. Gently stir, avoiding the use of an electric mixer.

Melt about 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet and pour in 0.25 cup of batter. Spread it evenly across the surface and cook for 2 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another minute. Repeat the same process with the remaining batter.

Stack the pancakes and serve them topped with pieces of butter, scoops of vanilla ice cream, and generously drizzled with maple syrup.
