Sour Cream Muffins

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Vanilla salt 1 tablespoon
  • Baking Powder ⅓ teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil ½ tablespoon
  • Activated Baking Soda ⅓ teaspoon
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Muesli to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sift the flour with baking soda and baking powder.

Step 2

Add regular and vanilla sugar to the flour, mix well.

Step 3

Add the eggs to the flour mixture (I used small ones, so I took 3), and beat with a mixer until smooth.

Step 4

Add the sour cream and beat with a mixer on high speed for a couple of minutes.

Step 5

Pour in the vegetable oil and beat again.

Step 6

Transfer the batter into molds, sprinkle with whatever you like, and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 355°F.

Step 7

Let the finished muffins rest for a couple of hours or overnight. Before serving, you can slightly warm them up.
