- 20% Sour Cream 20 oz
- Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Strawberries 5 oz
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Shortbread Cookies 5 oz
- Fresh Mint 2 bunches
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the sour cream with the powdered sugar.
Step 2
Finely chop the mint leaves, slice the fresh strawberries, and add the honey.
Step 3
Choose your favorite shortbread cookies and crumble them at the bottom of the glasses.
Step 4
Layer the sour cream on top.
Step 5
Then add the next layer of honey-mint strawberries. Alternate layers until the glass is filled. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Very tasty and quick! Enjoy your meal!
