Description
You can use any fruits instead of apples. If you are on a diet, you can omit the sugar and use natural yogurt.
Ingredients
- Sour Cream 20 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Apple 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the gelatin in water and let it swell (30 minutes). Dissolve the gelatin in a water bath.
Step 2
Mix the dissolved gelatin, sour cream, and sugar.
Step 3
Peel 1 apple. Cut it into cubes.
Step 4
Add the apples to the main mixture. Stir well.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into molds (for example, from yogurt, sour cream, etc.).
Step 6
Leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
