- Sour Cream 20 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt a pinch
- Gelatin 1½ tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, mix the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Let it sit until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin in boiled water and let it sit for 25 minutes. Place the gelatin in 100 grams of water and dissolve it over heat. Let it cool.
Step 3
Pour the cooled gelatin into the sour cream mixture. Whip it. Pour into molds and refrigerate. Once the mixture sets, it can be served.
