Ingredients

  • Sour Cream 35 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 5 oz
  • Vanillin 0 oz
  • Strawberry to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the layers, melt the butter, add sugar and 200 g of sour cream, and mix well. Add the flour and knead the dough. Divide into 15 equal parts. Roll out thin round cakes of the desired diameter on parchment paper. Bake at 390°F for about 3–5 minutes until golden brown.

Step 2

For the cream, thoroughly mix the ingredients (800 g of sour cream, 200 g of powdered sugar, 4 g of vanillin).

Step 3

Spread the cream between the layers and stack them on top of each other. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 5–6 hours to allow the layers to soak.

Step 4

Mash the strawberries with sugar to taste. Use them to decorate the cake.
