Sour Cream Cake with Chocolate Glaze
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Condensed Milk 15 oz
- Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 8 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream 20 oz
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 cup
- Milk 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead the dough. For this, whisk two eggs until smooth, add a can of condensed milk and 100 grams of melted butter.
Step 2
Mix and add a teaspoon of baking soda, quenched with vinegar. Gradually add 8 tablespoons of flour, and mix again.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 355°F and place one part of the dough in a greased baking pan for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Add a tablespoon of cocoa to the other part of the dough and place it in the oven. Bake it the same way as the first layer.
Step 6
Cut both layers in half so that you end up with 4 equal layers.
Step 7
Mix sour cream with sugar and spread it on the layers.
Step 8
Prepare the glaze. Melt 50 grams of butter in a pan, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 4 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of milk. On low heat, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Let it cool.
Step 9
Pour the thickened glaze over the cake.
