
Sour Cream Cake with Berries

Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 1 piece
- Fresh Berries to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the dough, sift 200 grams of flour into a bowl, add 70 grams of sugar, baking powder, and cold butter cut into cubes or grated. Thoroughly rub the mixture together with your hands until it resembles crumbs.
Step 2
Add an egg and pour in cold water. Knead the dough until it is not too stiff, soft, and smooth.
Step 3
For the filling, add the remaining sugar to the sour cream, then incorporate the vanilla sugar and the last two eggs. Whisk together until smooth.
Step 4
Roll out the dough into a round sheet with a diameter of 22 cm. Place the dough in a pan of the same diameter and gently stretch it with your hands to form high edges.
Step 5
Prick the bottom of the pastry with a fork and pour the filling into the mold.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 40–50 minutes. The filling will be slightly jiggly when hot, and it will thicken as it cools.
Step 7
Let the pie cool in the pan. Decorate with berries.
