
Sour Cream Blueberry Pie

You can use any other berries. The pie tastes like a cheesecake and sour cream cake at the same time.
Ingredients
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Fresh Berries 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the butter and 2 eggs. Gradually add 100 grams of sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the flour. Mix. Add 180 grams of sour cream. Mix everything again. The batter should be liquid.
Step 2
Take a baking dish, line it with parchment paper, and pour in the batter.
Step 3
Place in an oven preheated to 355°F for about 15 minutes, until the crust is baked through.
Step 4
Remove the crust. Place the blueberries on top.
Step 5
Blend 1 egg, 70 grams of sour cream, and 100 grams of sugar together. Pour the mixture over the berries.
Step 6
Return to the oven for another 15 minutes until fully cooked.
