Description

This amount of ingredients yields 2 layers with a diameter of 22 cm and a height of about 3 cm. For these layers, I usually make a frosting from 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 stick of butter (200 g). Whip the softened butter, add the condensed milk, and mix until there are no lumps. Refrigerate for a while until it firms up, but not too much, or it won't spread on the layers. Alternatively, you can simply use a frosting made from sour cream and sugar.

Ingredients

  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Cocoa Powder 2 spoons
  • Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 glass
  • Condensed Milk ½ cans
  • Wheat Flour 1½ glasses

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the sour cream, eggs, sugar, condensed milk, and cocoa powder until well combined.

Step 2

Add baking soda that has been dissolved in vinegar, then flour.

Step 3

Mix everything together and bake the layers. Preheat the oven to 390°F. Once heated, place the layer in the oven and reduce the temperature to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
