Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sour Cream 10 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 6 pieces
- Vanillin to taste

Step 1
Beat the sugar with the egg yolks until white, add vanillin, then add the sour cream, mix, add the flour, and then the egg whites whipped to a foam, gently mix everything, pour the batter into a greased baking pan, and place it in a moderate oven for 20–25 minutes to bake.
Step 2
Remove the finished biscuit from the pan onto a plate with a napkin and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
