  • Wheat Flour 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • 20% Sour Cream 1½ cups
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Vanillin to taste
  • Ground Cinnamon to taste
  • Breadcrumbs to taste
  • Apple 7 pieces
  • Activated Baking Soda a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the dough, you will need 1.5 cups of flour, 0.5 cups of sour cream, and one egg. Rub the sifted flour with the butter, then add sugar (0.5 cups), sour cream, egg, and baking soda. Knead the dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 2

For the sour cream filling, blend 0.5 cups of sugar, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of flour, vanillin, and 1 cup of sour cream in a blender.

Step 3

Slice the apples into thin slices.

Step 4

Grease a baking dish (about 20–22 cm) with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and spread the dough.

Step 5

Place the apples on top of the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon, and pour the cream over it.

Step 6

Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 1 hour.
