Ingredients
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Pork Blood 10 oz
- Onion ½ head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Fish Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the pork cut into large pieces, finely chopped onion and garlic, pepper, sugar, and fish sauce in a blender until as smooth as possible.
Step 2
Peel the cucumbers, leaving some skin for decoration. Cut off the ends of the cucumbers and slice them lengthwise into three equal parts. Hollow out the centers of the cucumbers and stuff each part with the blender mixture, securing the open ends with toothpicks to prevent the filling from falling out.
Step 3
Heat the broth in a large pot and gently place the stuffed cucumbers into it. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Add more seasoning if necessary. Remove from heat and serve.
