Ingredients
- Sorrel 20 oz
- Garlic Scapes 4 stalks
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Rice 4 tablespoons
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sort, rinse, and finely chop the sorrel with garlic, then sauté them in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add 2 tablespoons of flour to boiling salted water (until a thick soup is achieved).
Step 3
Add the required amount of rinsed rice and cook until done. Serve the soup with herbs and a vegetable salad.
