Description

Ingredients
- Meat 20 oz
- Sorrel 15 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Celery salt 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Cook the meat broth.
Step 2
Peel and dice the roots and onion into small cubes, place them in a soup pot, and lightly sauté in oil or fat skimmed from the broth. Then add the flour and sauté lightly again.
Step 3
Sort the sorrel, wash it, place it in another pot, add a little water, cover with a lid, and simmer for 10 minutes. After that, pass the sorrel through a meat grinder or strain it through a sieve, mix it with the sautéed roots, pour in the meat broth, add salt, stir, and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
When serving, add sour cream and a poached egg to the bowl with the soup, along with dill or parsley.
