Solyanka with Pork Ham
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Water 0 qt
- Gherkins 5 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Pork Blood 5 oz
- Chorizo 5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Spices 1 teaspoon
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
- Lemon to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil diced potatoes for 20 minutes in 2 liters of water.
Step 2
Grate the carrot.
Step 3
Sauté the sausage, carrot, gherkins, and onion for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a pot, add pepper, a little salt, 1 teaspoon of universal seasoning, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 6
Add olives and lemon to taste.
Step 7
Cover with a lid for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Serve.
