  • Doctor's Sausage 10 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 20 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
  • Lemon 0 oz
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Pork chop with bone 0 lbs
  • Bay leaf 3 pieces
  • Green peppercorns 5 pieces
  • Mixed Ground Peppers 1 teaspoon
  • Pickled Cauliflower 4 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Spiced Tomato Juice 20 oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Wash the meat well, place it in a pot, cover with water, add salt to taste, bring to a boil, skim off the foam, add 2 bay leaves and 5 allspice peppercorns, and cook until tender for about 2 hours.

Remove the cooked meat from the broth and let it cool.

Strain the broth through a colander.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes or strips, and add them to the pot with the broth, adding salt to taste.
