Ingredients
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 15 oz
- Sausages 5 oz
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower 5 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce 10 oz
- Allspice berries 5 pieces
- Mixed Ground Peppers 1 teaspoon
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Lemon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
If needed, bring the prepared meat broth to a boil, peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes or strips, and add them to the pot with the broth. Cook until ready, adding salt to taste.
Step 3
Peel the carrot, wash it well, cut it into strips or small cubes, and place it in a frying pan.
Step 4
Peel the onion, wash it well, cut it into strips or small cubes, and add it to the frying pan along with 100 milliliters of vegetable oil.
Step 5
Fry the onion and carrot until golden. Add 300 grams of tomato paste to the frying pan and sauté for a bit while stirring.
Step 6
Add about 1-2 ladles of broth to the frying pan and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 7
Cut the sausage and sausages into strips or small cubes.
Step 8
Cut the cucumbers into strips or small cubes.
Step 9
Add the fried onion and carrot with tomato paste to the pot, along with 100 grams of olives, herbs to taste, the cut cucumbers, 2 slices of lemon, 1 bay leaf, 5 allspice berries, 1 teaspoon of mixed peppers, and the cut sausage and sausages. Peel, wash, and press the garlic, then add it to the pot.
Step 10
Cook all the ingredients for about 10-15 minutes. Add more salt if necessary. Serve the finished dish hot.
