Ingredients
- Sole fillets 15 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot, and dice the bell pepper, then add them to a pot.
Step 2
Cut the sole fillet into medium pieces, place it in the pot, add water, and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam.
Step 3
Once it boils, add the parsley, spices, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes — the soup is ready.
